Job Location:

• Branch Kandal, 01 position
• Branch Banteay Meanchey, 01 position

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Acquire Merchant KHQR and Sell out banking services and other products that KB PRASAC Bank has both indoor and outdoor.
• Prepare and organize the process of disseminating KB PRASAC Merchant KHQR.
• Introduce KB PRASAC KHQR to potential merchants and target clients.
• Assist in organizing documents or forms for Merchant KHQR who intend to use KB PRASAC KHQR or other banking services of KB PRASAC Bank.
• Disseminate KB PRASAC KHQR and other banking services and products to the public based on standard.
• Keep in touch with KB PRASAC Merchant KHQR after they used KB PRASAC banking services.
• Assist any activities to be held in the public.
• Carry out the standard of customer service at the Branch Office.
• Help to address any complaints dissatisfaction or suggestions of the Merchant.
• Carry out other tasks that may be required by the manager.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:​

• Bachelor’s or Degree in marketing, finance, banking sector, or relevant.
• At least one year of experience in customer service and selling services and products with other institutions
• The priority shall be given to those who have relevant experience
• Good at English speaking, writing, and listening
• Good personal characteristics, including soft, friendly, and good communication
• Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Khmer typing, and English
• Can work in a pressured manner.
