Assist in organizing documents or forms for client who intend to be partnerships by using KB PRASAC services
Support cross-selling KB PRASAC BANK’s products and services, and other banking services to the publics based on KB PRASAC BANK standard
Independently manage a portfolio of mid-to-large partnership accounts

Draft detailed business proposals, financial projections, and risk assessments for management approval
Conduct regular partner performance reviews and prepare performance reports

Handle escalated partners’ issues that Officers cannot resolve independently
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 of experience in banking, corporate/institutional relationship management, or business development
Experience in proposal writing, financial analysis, and partner negotiation
Solid understanding of banking regulations, compliance, and payment systems
Familiarity with payment systems, MOU/legal documentation processes, and compliance basics
Good at English speaking, writing and listening
Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Khmer typing and English
High level of professionalism and discretion, responsibility, accountability, and commitment
Good personal characteristics, including soft, friendly, and good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team spirit
Be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
High personal integrity, morality, and able to work under pressure

Acquire and manage exclusive merchants to achieve transaction, CASA, and fee-based income targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key and exclusive merchants to ensure business growth and retention.
Promote KB PRASAC merchant solutions, including KHQR, QR Sound Box, POS, and other payment services.
Conduct regular merchant visits to identify business opportunities and improve merchant engagement.
Support onboarding, activation, and ongoing management of exclusive merchants.
Implement merchant partnership campaigns, promotional programs, and sales initiatives.
Monitor merchant transaction performance and follow up on inactive or low-performing merchants.
Coordinate with branches and relevant departments to ensure efficient service delivery and issue resolution.
Assist merchants with operational, service, and payment-related inquiries.
Prepare and maintain merchant reports, records, and business performance updates.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Finance, Banking sector or relevant Bachelor degree.
He/She shall have at least 3 years’ experience on customer service and selling service and products with other institution.
The priority shall be given to those who have relevant experience.
Good at English speaking, writing, and listening.
Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Khmer typing and English.

Run & generate performance in Head Office for initial stage.
Support the promotion of retail loan products, including Smart/Payroll Loan, Dream Car Loan, Mortgage, and other products.
Assist branches and business partners in generating retail loan opportunities.
Provide basic information on retail loan products
Maintain regular communication with assigned business partners.
Follow up on loan referrals from car dealers, housing developers, private companies, and other partners.
Support branch staff in promoting retail lending products.
Collect and update daily/monthly retail lending sales data.
Receive and follow up on customer complaints related to retail lending.
Maintain records of business partners, customer referrals, sales activities, and loan leads.
Support promotional events, business presentations, and retail lending campaigns.
Perform other duties assigned by Manager.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:

At least 3–5 years of banking experience, preferably in retail lending, sales, relationship management, or business development.
Good knowledge of retail loan products and sales processes and client handling.
Experience in dealing with business partners or corporate customers is preferred.
Good sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Strong ability to analyze sales performance and prepare reports.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
