Job Location:

• Head Office, Phnom Penh

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work on implementation of the institution’s information technology security policies and procedures into IT.
• Perform risk assessments and analysis on an ongoing basis.
• Monitoring log files from routers and servers, ensuring that backup of all relevant log files is in place.
• Assist in coordinate any security investigations and execute preventative measures.
• Perform Computer Forensics method as a relevant factor in incident inspection.
• Preparing IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans for information systems in accordance with institutional disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Create a plan and perform regular testing and update of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Monitoring security of institutional applications.
• Monitoring physical security of IT premises and server room.
• Perform options and requirements analyses and studies.
• Provides security-related input to strategic and tactical planning, budget preparation, initiatives and project planning, and other management activities as planned.
• Perform other tasks as required by management.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:​

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/MIS, Computer Science or related fields.
• CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC, and SANS certificates are welcome.
• 1-3 years of working experience in IT/MIS/Telecom field for MFIs/Banks.
• 1 year of working experience in banking or financial services industry.
• Experience in ISO 17799 or 27001 standardization a plus.
• Experience in handling security incidents/intrusions.
• Excellent knowledge of information technology systems and IT & information security, both theory and practice.
• Excellent understanding of security issues, problems, utilities, techniques and solutions.
• Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Khmer typing and English.
• High level of professionalism and discretion, responsibility, accountability, and commitment.
• Good personal characteristic, including soft, friendly and good communication skills and ability to work in a team spirit.
• Willingness frequently to travel to the wide branch network offices.
