Provide legal advice to KB PRASAC BANK.
Monitor and follow all MOC certificates, business licenses which are coming to expiry date.
Update list of all potential law firms and consultant firms that provide legal services.
Review all legal papers between KB PRASAC BANK and counter-parties including but not limited to contract and MOUs.
Prepare legal opinions and advising the management on general issues that may affect to business operation.
Liaise with relevant authorities/external lawyer for court cases including but not limited to court clerk when requested by management.
File all related documents including but not limited to request DTA for KB PRASAC BANK.
Perform other tasks as required by management.
